We could not have asked for a better violinist than Tahirah! She played for my wife’s birthday in an intimate space that we were initially uncertain how well it would work, but trusted her judgement and it was a smashing success! Tahirah knew the precise playlist and style to compliment the evening. From the moment she began playing, it elevated the entire evening—elegant, engaging, and perfectly suited to our black tie theme and setting without ever overpowering it. Her talent is undeniable; every piece was performed with precision and emotion, creating a beautiful backdrop that guests kept commenting on throughout the night. Equally impressive was her professionalism. She arrived early, fully prepared, and knew exactly the best location to set up, which made the entire process effortless on our end. The way she adapted her playing to the flow and energy of the party and engaged with small children dancing to her music showed real experience, awareness, and comfort in her talent. If you’re looking for a violinist who is not only exceptionally talented but also reliable, adaptable, and easy to work with, I couldn’t recommend Tahirah more highly. She was a standout part of our event and truly helped make the evening special. Thank you so much Tahirah!

Nancy and I have been married for 25 years. I began to plan the anniversary event three weeks ahead. The two of us hang out at Starbucks almost daily, and I thought: Why not? To my surprise 4 days prior to the event she came to me and said, "Why don't we go to Starbucks on our anniversary morning, as we sit outside most mornings?" I was a bit worried when I asked a star violinist to play for us inside there, but Thiago was cool and composed assuring me that it will work out. On the day of the event I found him in a corner inside SBX waiting for the event to start. I gave a speech to everyone about my wife and our life, and he appeared with insturment in hand and stood at our table and played 3 beautiful pieces: Puccini's Nessum Dorma, O Solo Mio, and They'll be Days like This by Van Morrison. There is no question that HE MADE THE EVENT! EVERYONE loved him. He presents himself with a confident smile, and is an incredible professional. Book him! My wife is still talking about how wonderful he was, and there are people walking in and out of the SBX coffee shop in Alexandria that still talk about him. When he played, the room froze in awe, and remained absolutely still as he performed. Nancy and I are sure he was the subject of conversation in the surrounding offices and the dinner tables later that day. He is forever encased in our memory. THANK YOU THIAGO!
