Hi there! I'm a classically trained violinist with a Master's degree in Performance from the University of Maryland, and I absolutely love bringing the perfect music to life's special moments.
I have over 8 years of experience in music planning & performing at various kinds of events, like weddings, holiday parties, and more! I’m here to create an atmosphere tailored just for you. I play a wide range of musical styles—from timeless classical and traditional wedding pieces to fun fiddle tunes, holiday favorites, and even pop covers!

About
Camden Stohl, violin, originally from North Carolina, received a Bachelor’s of Music in violin performance from East Carolina University, and is currently finishing a Master’s of Music degree at the University of Maryland. Upon her acceptance to UMD she was awarded a 2-year assistantship for the university’s fellowship quartet program, providing outreach for the university and the surrounding community. Camden grew up with her first violin teacher being her mother and learned about the ins-and-outs of violin pedagogy (teaching) and music gigging through playing weddings and other events alongside her mother and other family members. She now continues to enjoy playing in professional events with family when she is in her hometown, but she now mainly performs with musician friends from UMD in the DMV area. Camden often performs with her quartet at the university, as well as with the Great Falls Philharmonic, and plays events/gigs whenever she can!

To ensure the best experience, please note that musicians cannot perform in inclement weather, so we encourage planning for a suitable indoor option or weather contingency. Additionally, we request that armless chairs be provided for our musicians, as we will bring our own stands to enhance the setup.
