Julianne is very professional and has such a sweet and friendly personality and the best she speaks Spanish very well which was a plus for me!! My journey as a gigging violinist started at the age of 9 when I began learning violin technique and performing in top orchestras. In fact, I started playing for weddings and parties as a teenager as a soloist and as part of a quartet. I pursued my passion for music by studying as a Violin Major at Brigham Young University (BYU) for 2 years, where I trained under some of the top violin teachers in the region.
Although I later changed my major to psychology, I continued playing in the top Symphony Orchestra, the Brigham Young University Philharmonic, for 4 years.
While violin took a backseat as a mom of three young children, in the last 2 years, I have reignited my passion for playing and have been performing in the DC area for intimate dinners, private parties, and many wedding ceremonies and other events. I collaborate with party and wedding planners as well as private individuals to make sure that the event is exactly what the client is looking for.
I love working with clients to ensure that their event is exactly what they envision. I can send playlist suggestions for the event or take charge of creating the list so that clients can focus on planning the event. My love for music and passion for making events memorable make me the perfect choice for any event.
