We perform tunes from Lynyrd Skynyrd, Molly Hatchet, The Allman Brothers, Marshall Tucker, ZZ Top, and Blackberry Smoke with enthusiasm, skill, accuracy, and passion. Our fans say if they close their eyes, they feel the presence of Ronnie, Danny Joe, the Rev. Willy G., and Gregg and Duane in the music.

At a Southern Cookin' show, y'all will be entertained by our accurate and passionate renditions of your favorite southern rock tunes. Y'all will feel the need to tap your toes, stomp yo feets, and maybe even be drawn out to cut a rug! And when y'all are catchin' your breath in between dances, you'll be able to hear what your friends are saying at your table...we want you to enjoy yo-selves completely! Southern Cookin' is:
Phil, lead singer and harmonica player. Phil puts his heart and soul into every song, leading his bandmates and the audience on a trip thru the musical southern countryside.
Craig, lead and slide guitar. Craig is a passionate player with a lot of style and attitude in his performance. It's fun watching him get lost in the music!
Jason, lead guitar and vocals. Jason's riffage will make your feet start tapping and you'll just have to get out on the floor and do some rug -cuttin'!
Jon, bass. Jon is the low-down, in the pocket dude in the rhythm section. His rock solid bass playing keeps the rest of us on the path to righteousness!
Kevin, drums and vocals. "Thumper" is our driving force in the music. Don't get in a direct line with his bass drum head or you may be visiting the closest ER! Perfect in holding a tempo, he's also a great singer!
