What to expect
I am the speaker that pokes the audience and say - hey! this is how you did things because you were on an autopilot more and let's see how the distractions and stress mislead you from seeing the results you want.
I use exercises, and longer exercise with the BEyond Model I designed that teaches leaders how to reflect - we use the word reflect but the research shows that most leaders who use reflection are more depressed and less aware. My model helps solve this problem/
I share how my relocation experience taught me to overcome my obstacles and especially the BEing force that was in my way of success and how I learned to work with it and pay attention to it rather than ignoring it.
I share clients stories that teach the audience how you can engage the being energy to avoid resistance from peers and your team and I use check in points to see where are with yourself in the process and what are your learnings so far.
1. Where are your hidden focuses right now and why it is important for you to know them?
2. Why engaging the Being energy (your emotions and thoughts) with your doing energy is important in creating a momentum or can get in your way from inspiring and influencing others.
3. What can you DO when you know to pay attention to your being energy.
4. The illusion of awareness - why identify your blindspots is not enough and how can you move back to awareness when you mess up - again....
Recap - thought provoking speaker, who asks questions or suggest a different way to shift from doing leadership and follow others' steps that anyway don't bring the results you want to being the leader you can dare yourself to be the change you care and desire to lead.

She brings more than 20 years of experience in Change Management, Human Resources, Project Management, and coaching to executives and their teams globally.

Noa’s personal relocation experience shaped her perspective on what it means to be different and her passion for creating bridges between people and staying in a landscape of curiosity. She partners with fast-growing teams, companies, communities, and beyond to build peer-based systems that strengthen collaboration, trust, and alignment—at scale. She’s the author of Beyond Leadership: From AwareLess to AwareNess.
In her personal time, Noa maintains meaningful connections by sipping a good cup of coffee at a locally owned coffee shop while writing or ideating, or by going for a walk-and-talk with friends/family.
My Voice and What I like to talk with your group or 1:1 if we walk & talk or on a good cup of coffee:
Change - My personal relocation experience reminded me that many times when we step into the path of change, we think we know how the change is going to look, but in reality, even though we try to control every step along the way to shape it as we want, the end result will look differently, and this is when we feel stuck.
Being Different - After the move to the US, I had to get used to the new reality that every time I open my mouth, people can hear that I am different. This new reality taught me to see people and life situations from a new perspective and to respect different opinions. This is why my passion is to create bridges between people and enCourage you to keep challenging others and never settle on the norm so you can create the change you care about while stepping into BEyond leadership.
Meaningful Connections - I am obsessed with everything related to building not connections but meaningful connections within teams, companies, communities, and beyond. This is why I founded ADVAgo in 2024: to bring the Peer experience and build meaningful connections that improve performance and leadership at all levels. This is why you will see me talking about Why Building Relationships is the most overlooked skill in the AI era, and why organizations should invest in it rather than in resilience or adaptability to overcome change, scale, and uncertainty.
This is why I started engaging Peer Experience in small and large rooms; we learn the best from strangers and circles of peers. When people leave my events, they keep talking to each other as if they've known each other forever, even though they met just 1-2 hours earlier.
So if you want to bring strangers together in a meaningful way in large events, conferences, staff meetings, retreats, or even M&A - let's do that! That's my special gift, and I am excited to share it with you!
LEGO Team Connect - if you are looking for something safe for a new team or find a creative way to engage a quiet team to share and talk LEGO experiences, work well as part of your next event or a full day experience- ask me about that!

I live in Raleigh, NC, with my husband, Ofir, and three loud, hungry young adults and teen kids who teach me to fear no one and to be a conscious parent. In the last few years, I became obsessed with clean eating and running outdoors, which is a meditative outlet for me. Nature helps me disconnect from the screens and take time to connect with my creative self. In 2017, I started "On the Run" videos where I share inspirational shorts and sweaty thoughts after my runs. You can find those videos on my social media feeds @NoaRCoach. When I don’t coach, speak, cook, or run, you can find me in one of the local coffee shops sipping on a good cup of cappuccino while writing my thoughts.

I will work with you
I prefer to see the audience when I speak so I can engage with them.
My preference is a lavalier microphone
I do use slides for people who need to see while listening, but I can go without them as well.
My talks can be set up in advance or collaborate with you - I prefer a good conversation with the audience and participants over a passive experience that doesn't change anything.

Influences and inspiration
My work comes from a few main experiences:
My relocation experience influenced my life more than I expected:
1. I had to overcome fear - the challenges of recreating my life in my second language -I hear many times from people: "if you were able to do that in your second language, I can do it with my first". They are inspired.
2. Being different - every time I open my mouth you can hear my accent - it taught me at late age in my life after being privileged for most of my life what does it mean when people know that you are different and how it impacts you as an individual, where it motivates you and where it triggers insecurities and feeling uncomfortable or work harder to achieve what you want.
3. Leading in a volunteering setting - leading a coaching chapter taught me what it means to lead people from passion, which is an important experience that is very different than leading people who are also motivated by keeping their work and money. It allowed me to learn how I influence and inspire people, and I do recommend it to others.
4. Peering, teams, systems and communities - collaboration
In the past few years working inside a health care organization, I tested the peer approach, and it was magic. I realize that all my life my obsession was how we build not connections but meaningful connections, and moving from one country to another and then from one state to another taught me a lot about the need to feel belonging in older age, loneliness and its impact on mental health, and how we build communities and collaboration to influence and create good in this world. I am all in about this, and we started counting the circles we bring to this world of meaningful connections in any way possible.
One of my last projects was with the Carolinas Climate Project.
