Dewayne made us laugh like we had not laughed in years. His timing and delivery are off the chain. Such diversity of tricks and precision in performing them. Effortless for him and etertaining for us. Combining magic with comedy was genius!!

I was in charge of finding entertainment for a big conference and I compiled a list of about 7 magicians. After researching all of the magicians, I decided to go with Dewayne! SO GLAD I DID!
Dewayne was prompt, professional and really entertaining! Senior management at my job was so impressed with Dewayne that they authorized me to pay him for 2 additional hours! At the end, before Dewayne left the building they told me to put him at the top of the list for entertainment at the company Christmas party!
I can't say enough, he's well worth the pay! I will hire him again!

We hired Dewayne to entertain our managers during dinner at our annual managers meeting in Baltimore in April 2016. I was a little nervous, because our company is very PC, and my boss was uncomfortable with the idea of any sort of comedy. However, DeWayne was absolutely hilarious, and his magic was very well performed. Everyone really enjoyed his performance, and I would recommend him if you want to make your event memorable.

Dewayne provided entertainment at a healthcare technology event we sponsored in Atlanta. We hosted a hospitality suite and Dewayne roamed the room performing magic for our guests. He was terrific - engaging, funny and talented. He arrived early and prepared, which proved from the get go that he was a professional. At the end of the evening Dewayne used the mic and PA system we had prepared for the evening, and transitioned into a "stage" performance where he got our guests involved in some very entertaining and fun tricks. I would highly recommend Dewayne Hill. You will not be disappointed.

FAQ: Where is Dewayne based?
Answer: Dewayne travels nationwide all year long. So while he may hang his magic hat in a curtain city, he may be hopping to YOUR location from another city because of his show schedule.
Question: But if We are in Chicago and he is coming across the country, couldn’t we get a cheaper rate or a cheaper with someone that is already based in Chicago area.
Answer: No. There are a couple of reasons why… 1) Any entertainer on Dewayne’s level will charge close to the same rate if not more regardless of the city they are based. 2) Several entertainers on the “A” level have other jobs. Dewayne does not. Those having other jobs allow them to set a high fee ($2,500 or $3,000 or $5,000) and THEY could care less if you can afford it. Those entertainers are paying their bills by another job, so they don’t need to book your event. They can afford for you to say no.
Not to mention 80% of the time, Dewayne’s fee is less than most quotes you will get of another entertainer on his level of talent or level of show production.

Option 2: Strolling Magic: If you are having a welcome reception OR a cocktail reception, allow me to come in and performing strolling magic with your attendees as they mix and mingle to start the event. It is a great way to break the ice AND set the mood for an evening of fun and enjoyment, AND the best part is it doesn't add to time of events and make the evening run longer than planned.
Option 3: Stage Presentation: Running Time: 40 to 70 minutes, Titled “Magic With a Message”. This is a motivational and leadership presentation in which G-rated Comedy and Magic is used to convey and educate the audience. In this presentation, I go over 5 to 8 steps I used to grow my speaking and entertainment business by 5% to 14% per year, every year for the last 7 years.
In addition to the presentation, I will make sure everyone gets a free custom printed keep-sake about the talk and the event, PLUS everyone that attends will get a free copy of my book called “Magic with a Message, You are the Real Magician” due in the next few months.

Setup Requirements
No podium Microphones or Stands
Not to sound Diva, but we ask for silverware with our meals
IF a driver is supplied, we ask that the driver doesnt get stoned before picking us up from airport or hotel or performing venue.
If a hotel is provided, it would be nice if the room had carpet and running water.
If the lodging is not a hotel and the client decides to go with a "couch crash" at someone's house, please let us know BEFORE we show up in the performing city so we can bring proper sleep wear.
