Chaos Development
Overview
I’m a performance coach and founder of Chaos Development. I speak about what happens when pressure, uncertainty, and disruption collide with the need to perform.
My perspective has been shaped across vastly different high-pressure environments—from six military deployments in Special Forces to investment banking, entrepreneurship, and coaching. Those experiences taught me that chaos isn’t something we eliminate; it’s something we learn to operate within.
I don’t speak from theory alone. I combine real-world experience with practical frameworks audiences can apply to how they lead, perform, make decisions, and move through change.

What to expect
Audiences can expect a direct, engaging, and thought-provoking experience that challenges conventional ideas about pressure, resilience, and peak performance.
Marvin doesn't simply tell audiences to work harder, stay motivated, or become more disciplined. He helps them recognize when the very qualities that made them successful—drive, toughness, control, and the ability to push through—can begin working against them.
His presentations explore how to remain effective when circumstances are uncertain, recognize the difference between operating through force and operating through flow, and make clearer decisions under pressure.
Audiences leave with a different relationship with chaos: not something they must constantly control or overcome, but an environment they can learn to navigate with greater awareness, adaptability, and intention.
About
Marvin Mikle is a performance coach, speaker, former banker, and U.S. Army Green Beret, who helps individuals perform at their highest level when pressure, uncertainty, and change are unavoidable.
After serving six military deployments and later transitioning to wall st., Marvin developed a perspective on performance that challenges the traditional idea that greater results always require greater force. His work explores what happens when discipline and resilience are no longer enough—and how people can instead use awareness, alignment, and flow to operate effectively inside chaos.
Through Chaos Development, Marvin works with individuals navigating demanding goals, major transitions, burnout, and periods where their previous way of operating is no longer producing the results they want.
His presentations combine lessons from elite military environments, business, coaching, and personal experience to help audiences rethink their relationship with pressure and performance. Rather than teaching people how to eliminate chaos, Marvin shows them how to function within it—making clearer decisions, adapting faster, and performing without constantly fighting themselves.
Audiences leave with a practical framework for recognizing when they are operating through force, understanding what is disrupting their performance, and moving toward a more intentional and sustainable way of achieving results.
