I had the pleasure of partnering with Jessica Myers of BeYOU Bloom to deliver the keynote at our 2026 Moving Forward with Purpose Conference, annual event we host at the Women's Business Center of NC and her message on Building Revenue Resilience Mentality was powerful, engaging, and incredibly impactful.

What stood out most was how quicly her message connected with the room. Almost immediately, people stopped saying "mindset" and started saying "mentality". That shift stuck!

It definitely stuck with me. I do not even find myself saying "mindset" anymore-it's almost like my brain automatically replaces it with mentality before the word even comes out my mouth.

That's when you know a speaker has truly made an impact. Jessica didn't just forgive us something to think about in the moment; she challenged us to change the way we think, the language we use, and how we approach resilience moving forward...with purpose.

An of course, I AM. I CAN. I WILL! That is one we'll be carrying with us for a long time.
