I empower women to achieve their leadership and entrepreneurial potential. Women make up less than 5% of entrepreneurs, yet make up 50% of the population. They similarly only make up 5% of the people on boards. This needs to be fixed, if we are to improve our economy. By encouraging and supporting women to become entrepreneurs and leaders, we will help them support themselves and their families, and financial independence and wealth.

Haley is a serial entrepreneur with a passion for business. She is very involved in the community, and is a Girl Scout troop leader for four troops, and a cub scout den leader. She is the author of the bestselling book "Choosing a Caregiver", and is passionate about caring for people and their families. She also hosts a weekly radio show on WPTF 680 AM in Raleigh, North Carolina, called "Eye on Health".
Haley is a graduate of Duke's Fuqua School of business with an MBA and a concentration in Entrepreneurship and Innovation. She graduated from NC State with undergraduate degrees in Computer Science and Spanish Literature.
