August 24, 2025Great people whom I believe did their best. I offer 3 stars because 1 person came late and was injured. The chafing dishes boiled over and took away from the event because water was spilled on the floors. Lovely and gracious people but not top tied service. The last service I used just did a better job by cleaning up all the chafing and serving utensils and left nothing for me to clean. They did not come prepared to work but entered the ballroom unlike what was requested and needed to change which means guess arrived to no servers in place. Hopefully this review will help them up their game.
