As a Wedding Planner, at times I need to hire assistants for complex events. I used YBG for the first time on Sunday, and they did not disappoint. Lylybell (who I hope will sign up for future events with me) was wonderful. She arrived on time and was willing to take on any task! I appreciated how she interacted with guests and showed initiative throughout the night. Thank you, YBG, for sending me the perfect assistant! This was my second time hiring YBG staffing to help with a birthday party and Samuel was a great help and professional. He set up the table cloths, buffet, drinks and food placards, served the cake to the guests and cleaned up very nicely and washed all the serving utensils and packed up the food. I highly recommend YBG services and I will definitely use them again when needed!!

December 26, 2025First Time was a Success!
Not knowing what to expect and a little skeptical when realizing I was hiring a firm in Virginia for a party in New York, I hired this firm out of desperation needing help on Christmas Eve, a difficult night to book. The two people sent were wonderful! One came early but did not not "clock in" until the time she was to start and the other assigned did not show up. YBG had not received noticed of arrival and somehow found a substitute without my having to ask...both servers were hard working, pleasant, clean, etc. I can't say enough good thinkgs. Price was reasonable given it was a holiday...

When I tell you the staff was the best I mean the best between the help, the professionalism and the coming in knowing what to do, was just amazing. The wait staff and the bartender from YBG is my now go to for any event I have and I most definitely will be telling everyone, go to YGB your guarantee to get some great staffing.

What to expect
The purpose of hiring waitstaff/servers and professionals to handle the sophisticated work during your event is to ensure that your guests have a great experience while attending the event. YBG Staffing provides set-up and clean-up services, giving you a chance to sit back, relax, and party on.
Waitstaff General Responsibilities:
- Assist with basic food preparation as needed.
- Assist with event set-up including tables, chairs, linens, place settings, buffet lines and kitchen equipment.
- Assist in ensuring the events are running on schedule.
- Maintain high standards of safety and cleanliness throughout the event.
- Maintain proper dining experience, serving Hors D'oeuvres, delivering items, fulfilling customer needs, replenishing utensils, & refilling glasses.
- Performing basic cleaning tasks as needed.
- Greet all guests warmly with an appropriate greeting.
- Proactively seek ways to contribute to the overall success of the event.
