We have a team with 20+ years of Bartender / Server/ Catering experience and we would love to help with your event. We offer food prep help, buffet set up, service during event, bartending and clean up.
Anything that we can do so that you may sit back and relax and enjoy your guests, we are available to help you! We are clean, professional, energetic and personable. I have excellent references, available upon request.

We hosted a party of fifty people and had two servers. They were not very proactive. They did set up as expected, but when the trays of food were getting low (almost empty) in our buffet line, they didn't refill them even though they had easy access to more trays of food. They washed some dishes, but then when more piled up on our kitchen counter, they ignored them and walked by me and my daughter doing the dishes several times without stepping in to help. They sat on their phones for at least half the time they were here. When they were asked if they could help with the rest of the dishes, they replied that the dishes were already done. They didn't help us serve dessert once the cake was cut. We felt like we had to ask them to do what was in our contract. They seemed like they wanted to do the bare minimum and that's what we got. We also had several guests comment about the servers sitting in a corner on their phones. It's not professional at all. Definitely would not use them again.

Kim thank you so much for your feedback. We definitely will use it as a training tool. However the accounts of that day from the staff was completely different given the instructions both written and verbal given by you.
I'm not sure where the disconnect came in but it has prompted me to implement an exit check list for staff to fill out and the client to sign off on.
If you do need help in the future. I am offering your next event on me, free of charge!!! I will come personally!

Great experience with Serve It Up for our baby shower. We had some catering that had to be picked up which was out of the way. Shayne's team picked it up and arrived at the venue, promptly set everything up, and was incredibly helpful all along the way, including until we cleaned up and left, even helping bring non-catering items outside as we packed up our cars. Our family and guests were very pleased with Shayne's team. This was our first time actually hiring waitstaff or doing catering, and Shayne helped us out, pointing us in the right direction on things we'd need. An excellent experience all at a great price.

Loved Shane while she was there. She had someone else take over for her right as the event started and he was lovely but needed a lesson in performing his duties in a timely manner. He kept interjecting himself with the guests and was asked a few times to remove himself while eating and company group pictures were being taken. He spoke out and stated he used to be an
Event planner and that he never would have set things up the way they were not realizing he was talking in front of the actual planner that hired him. Totally unprofessional. Sorry, for the rough review. I didn’t
