Fantastic Experience he provided an amazing experience for my wife's birthday! He was in constant communication with me, gave great ideas on preferences of types of food we would be interested in. Eddie
created a Cheese fondue with bread and broccoli in which presentation alone was worth, It was delicious.
The Cesar salad and main entree of Chicken Parmesan with noodles was so filling we had leftover for multiple days! I am extremely happy with Eddie. Professional, explained how it was cooked and all the details about the dish.

This private chef was so good, my husband said this was the most impressive birthday he's had in hid 61 years old. We've been married nearly 30 years. Our other two guest , who's been married 44 years were so impress and thank me while recording a video. This was so heartwarming and needed we are planning another event again to use Chef Eddie. Thankyou, Thankyou and Thankyou!!!!

It was a great pleasure hiring Eddie to cater a party for me. I told him everything I wanted and he made it happen. He was easy to work with and very professional........the food was AWESOME!!!! I can’t wait to hire him for future parties.

Edward Merritt is an incredible person and his cooking is just as well as his personality. I hired him for an event summertime in July and my oh my my was it a absolutely fantastic! Very tasteful food, great presentation, very professional and overall just the best to work with.
