In my Pot is a new and exciting catering service specializing in traditional Caribbean dishes with a twist. Some of our specialties include: oxtail eggrolls, assorted empanadas (mac and cheese, buffalo chicken, bbq chicken and sweet potato), jerk fried chicken, our delicious Rasta pasta and soooo much more. Our dishes will be sure to catch your eye and then fill your tummy!

In My Pot is by far one of the best caterers I’ve ever encountered. The chicken & waffles were delecious! The chicken was fried to perfection & well seasoned. I also had the most delectable macaroni & cheese. I’m a fan of cheese, so the moment I took a bite, I could taste the different cheeses which had me in awe. I also had the chance to try the Rasta pasta which was topped with fried chicken pieces as well. The sauce was comparable to Alfredo, but with a much better twist! Absolutely scrumptious. Besides the awesome food, there were also tasty drinks to go with it all. I would love to have In My Pot cater my events in the future! I highly recommend this caterer!
