What to expect

Whether you hire Dr. Laura Carapella for a keynote, full-day workshop, or multi-session training series, expect more than a presentation. Her work is experiential, engaging, thought-provoking, and designed to change what people notice about themselves, one another, and the way they work together.

Laura makes complex concepts about human behavior practical and easy to understand. Through powerful demonstrations, interactive experiences, humor, reflection, and real-world application, participants uncover the often-invisible patterns influencing stress, communication, conflict, trust, leadership, workplace culture, and relationships.

Rather than telling people how they should think or behave, Laura helps them see what is driving their responses. This approach reduces defensiveness, creates curiosity, and gives people greater awareness and choice in how they navigate challenging situations.

Keynotes create memorable shifts in perspective that leave audiences thinking and talking long after the presentation ends.

Full-day workshops provide the time to explore concepts more deeply through experiential learning, discussion, reflection, and practical workplace application.

Multi-session programs create the greatest opportunity for sustained development. Participants build a shared language, apply concepts between sessions, and progressively deepen their understanding. Individual consulting can also be incorporated to support each leader's development and translate learning into everyday practice.

The goal is not simply for people to remember what they learned. It is for them to see something they could not see before—and to respond differently because of it.

Additional booking notes

The following technical support is helpful:

Audio requirements include a quality sound system which has been tested for proper operation. Microphone preferences are a lapel or a cordless, handheld microphone if available. If not, it is helpful if the microphone allows for at least 30 feet of cord.
The best participant experience will be if they are seated in theater style seating or at tables. I request that the audience be seated as close to the stage as possible.
Visual requirements include a computer/projector/screen set-up for PowerPoint (more than one screen may be necessary for all participants to see).
Internet accessibility is needed for some videos to play during the talk.
Thank you.
