Tony’s life experiences have shaped him. From each tough life experience, the leg braces Tony wore when he learned to walk, the school counselor who told him he was going to be a ditch digger, recovering from military combat in Desert Storm, raising a little girl on his own and being fired from a favorite job, Tony learned how to survive and never settled for less than he felt he could achieve. Tony uses his experiences to encourage others to see that the real battle is not the outside forces that try to destroy us, it’s the one within. He now devotes his free time and energy to helping others fight this battle, and win. Tony provides tools, resources, and assists department heads, team leaders, managers, and leaders in improving leadership, culture, and team performance throughout their companies. He is devoted to improving work performance for all to live a more fulfilled work-life.
With a Master’s in education, Tony has taught Kindergarten through 12th grades, he started his own successful janitorial business in college, and has 20 years of service with the National Guard. Tony skillfully lead an innovative team of school professionals whom transported nearly 20,000 students daily. He has recently retired from the military and education sector and devotes his time to helping businesses and most recently began working with military professionals, spouses, and veterans to help them discover their potential above and beyond their service obligations.
