Tony was a phenomenal morning keynote speaker! He got the crowd's blood pumping and set the tone for the day. What I love most about his presentations are the interactive components. Tony was a hit at our Chamber Business Development Symposium. He brought the energy!! He woke everyone up after lunch with a super fun interactive confidence-building activity. He spoke from the heart but provided a lot of takeaways. His leadership talk was amazing. Everyone enjoyed his session and people from the other sessions were wishing they went to his. I would 10 out of 10 recommend him to speak at your next function.

I was absolutely mesmerized by the way he used tonality, pace, and volume of the speechto control the audinces active listening. The inflection and crescendo of the delivery keep the audience on it's toes for sure. I think he evoked a great deal of emotion and his story telling had an authentic way of capturing the audinece's empathetic nature. I was floored with the directness of his delivery and he helped people to see the overall big picture about having courage, exerrcizing resiliency, and the intentionality of being "all in," when making a decision and taking action. About
As a nationally recognized leader, speaker and trainer, Tony helps businesses who want to have stronger, more committed teams. He understands how to unlock a teams’ potential to achieve a more collaborative environment often resulting in increased productivity.
Tony’s life experiences have shaped him. From each tough life experience, the leg braces Tony wore when he learned to walk, the school counselor who told him he was going to be a ditch digger, recovering from military combat in Desert Storm, raising a little girl on his own and being fired from a favorite job, Tony learned how to survive and never settled for less than he felt he could achieve. Tony uses his experiences to encourage others to see that the real battle is not the outside forces that try to destroy us, it’s the one within. He now devotes his free time and energy to helping others fight this battle, and win. Tony provides tools, resources, and assists department heads, team leaders, managers, and leaders in improving leadership, culture, and team performance throughout their companies. He is devoted to improving work performance for all to live a more fulfilled work-life.
With a Master’s in education, Tony has taught Kindergarten through 12th grades, he started his own successful janitorial business in college, and has 20 years of service with the National Guard. Tony skillfully lead an innovative team of school professionals whom transported nearly 20,000 students daily. He has recently retired from the military and education sector and devotes his time to helping businesses and most recently began working with military professionals, spouses, and veterans to help them discover their potential above and beyond their service obligations.
