Project Managers provide one-to-one service and assist with navigating through challenges in event planning. They collaborate with you to understand your event’s needs and select the right staff for the job. Their roster of talent includes waiters trained in a wide variety of table service styles from standard to fine dining.
Residential servers have a minimum of 5 years of domestic cleaning experience to minimize the day after clean up.
Their bar staff consists of the industry's most talented, personable, and skilled mixologists.

October 11, 2026We had 4 staff for a party for 50. It was a wedding - an hour and a half cocktail party and the dinner. The lead person hit the bar so many times that the bartender finally cut her off. The 3 helpers worked hard but just weren’t spot on. The event did run long - but the three helpers said they were on contract and left at 9:30. I told them I realized it was over time and I’ll be happy to pay for additional time. They left. They were more concerned that they didn’t get to eat. The lead stayed another hour and literally did nothing. It took me - alone - 4 hours to clean the dirty dishes they didn’t do. With 4 of them / it would have taken an hour. Call me very disappointed. 1 star is too many.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We take client concerns seriously and would like to clarify several important details regarding the scope and staffing of this event.
Your original instructions indicated 58 guests for a casual garden wedding with passed appetizers, served soup and salad courses, buffet dinner and dessert, using china, silverware and glassware. Importantly, you specifically stated that “no prep” would be involved and advised that the only dishwashing required during service would be quickly washing salad forks for dessert.
Based on that information, we staffed the event accordingly. Upon arrival, however, our team was asked to perform additional food-preparation duties, including baking bread, cutting vegetables for the salad and cooking raw vegetable sides, while also handling guest service. These responsibilities were not communicated in advance and significantly increased the workload.
The dishwashing requirements were also substantially greater than described. We prepared for standard clearing and washing the specified forks. Instead, the volume of china, silverware, glassware and serving pieces required multiple dishwasher cycles. Much of the extended cleanup time resulted from loading the dishwasher, waiting for each cycle, unloading it and repeating the process.
Four staff members can appropriately handle standard service for an event of this size. With the actual amount of food preparation, multiple courses, buffet service and extensive dishwashing, however, we would have recommended 6 staff members and additional service time had the full scope been known beforehand.
We were surprised by the one-star rating given the positive comments received throughout the event from the bride, family and guests, as well as the generous gratuity provided at the conclusion.
We welcome constructive feedback and continually work to improve. We also believe reviews should accurately reflect the original scope and the additional duties requested onsite.

I hired At Your Service for my daughter’s Sweet 16, and they were absolutely amazing from start to finish. They were patient, professional, and truly went above and beyond. Throughout the entire event, they checked in with me to make sure I was satisfied and to see if I needed anything. That meant so much, especially during such a busy and emotional day.
They were kind, sweet, and incredibly helpful with all of my guests.
