Overview

We are pleased to offer a range of services designed to ensure that you feel like a guest at your own party.

Allow our staff to attend to every detail, so you can relax and enjoy the event to the fullest.

Once your party is booked, I will send you a confirmation/contract to fill out, and once I receive your confirmation, we will be all set

I also will provide a party supply list so you have all the appropriate items to have a successful party

Servers

All of our servers have taken a online course of Serv-Safe, learning the rules of food safety and food handling
Staff will wear plastic gloves while handling food items

Pre-Event Prep
Set up tables and chairs
Assist with food preparation
Arrange buffet areas (using chafing dishes or wire racks with aluminum trays) for buffet-style events
Set out snacks and dips
Pre-heat appetizers
Arrange cheese and vegetable trays

During Event
Staff will follow your detailed timeline of your event so your party will run seamlessly
Butlering hors d'oeuvres if you want them too
Bring out food to the buffet line
Servers will serve guests from behind the buffet table
Monitor and replenish buffet food as needed
Monitor and replenish snacks as needed
Set up dessert station
Prepare and serve coffee or tea
Cut and serve any cake you might have
Attend to guests and maintain cleanliness throughout the event

Post event
Perform general cleanup
Clear and wash dishes
Wrap up and store any leftover food
Take the trash outside to your provided receptacles at your homr or trash dumpsters if event is at a venue
Disassemble tables and chairs
Mop and sweep floors as necessary

Bartenders
All of our bartenders are RAMP certified

We NOW have a Portable bar available at a small rental fee

Each bartender will arrive with their own bartending tools
Cocktail shaker
Wine opener
Bar Spoon
Ice Bucket
Ice scooper
And some bartenders may have other miscellaneous items too

Once you've booked the party with us, I'll provide you with a liquor supply shopping list to ensure that you have all the ingredients for a successful event.

Additionally, I can offer suggestions for signature cocktails that are sure to be a hit with your guests

Pre-Event Preparation

Artfully arrange the bar area for an inviting atmosphere.
Prepare garnishes such as fruit and other drink embellishments.
Chill beer, wine, soda, and water.
Ensure an ample supply of ice and
glassware for the expected number of
guests.

During the Event:

Expertly craft and serve a variety of
alcoholic and non-alcoholic
beverages.
Take drink orders directly from guest at the bar or via servers.
Circulate among guests to promptly
fulfill drink requests.
Uphold immaculate cleanliness in the
bar area.

Post-Event Responsibilities

Conduct a thorough cleanup of the
bar area.
Safely stow away all alcohol and
mixers.
Empty and tidy coolers.
Wash and stow glassware.
Sanitize and polish the bar area to its
original state

We have staff in Pennsylvania, all of New Jersey, including North, South, Central Jersey and the Jersey shore, Delaware, and Northern Maryland

Even if it's a last-minute request, we have the most experienced, professional and friendliest staff available to help at a moment's notice

Beth's Party Service, a thriving enterprise established in 2008, initially began with just one dedicated employee—myself. Since then, the business has flourished, boasting a remarkable team of over 60 skilled professionals, including servers, bartenders, kitchen staff, and BBQ grill cooks.

In the formative years, the company's presence was felt at a modest total of 22 events. However, following the expansion of our team, we have experienced exponential growth, working over 3900 events in the 16 years since the start of our business
