Event starts at 6:30pm and will last until 8:00 pm. They can break down at any time afterwards. They can setup anytime at 5:30 or after unless more time is needed. If the performer wants to setup earlier in the day, the time would need to be negotiated although we can be flexible. Depending on how early the performer wants to setup up, (s)he needs to remember there is no security.
It's part of a summer music program on the church lawn open to the public.
