I live on Sullivans Island, minutes from Charleston, where I am also a real estate agent
I performed as a duo with the father of the Avett Brothers, Jim Avett.. last year during his tour in Charleston
I'm originally from Stokes County, NC in the foothills and graduated from Wake Forest University
My grandfathers was 1 of 16 children, all of whom played music- guitar, banjo, fiddle, or piano.
Currently located in the Winston Salem area.
I can do solo ceremonies on fiddle, duo, trio or full band.
Full bluegrass band is available for events or parties. We can do acoustic covers of nearly anything - just need a little advanced notice. Country, Irish, Old Time music as well. We love corporate events, weddings, festivals, private parties, Holiday music.

November 28, 2022Marci and her band are amazing! I booked Marci for my companies Fall event this year and I can't explain how Marci and the band brought the event to life. Outdoor event, 50+ people, chilly fall weather, great Bluegrass/Irish/Country/80s rock music. The band was flexible with all of my events moving parts throughout the day, understanding, and of course very friendly. We will be re booking Marci and the band next year and I myself will be booking her for my personal functions I hold yearly.

Thank you Susan. That is the first public date I've done in almost 2 years! Many of my musician friends have carried on playing, but I've erred on the side of caution since Ive been caring for my mom.
Beautiful location. DIdn't get to talk to many people, but it was obvious the entire wedding party and guests were class acts. Afterward, I was wondering if maybe we should have set up in a better location, but as long as we could be heard, that was what mattered.

March 23, 2017Fiddlin' Marci and her brother, Jason, were outstanding! We had a St. Patricks Day party, and they nailed the Irish vibe and our guests thought it was awesome we had live Irish Folk music. They played for 3 hours and it was perfect.

We play music because we love it -- and we'll be there well ahead of time because we like to be relaxed and take our time to set up the sound so it sounds great to you -- AND to us
We take only short 15 minute breaks -- and do not help ourselves to food or drinks unless the host asks for us to.
The hosts are always welcome to use the sound system for announcements
