Camp Bright Star is a place for children grieving the death of a loved one to share their feelings with other children also experiencing loss. Scott added "magic" to that experience by fully engaging the children and amazing them with a wonderful experience that helped them experience joy and wonder. Bright Star endeavors to help children reclaim the joy in life after death has robbed them of it. Scott's show and his wonderful connection witht he children did a lot to help that happen. Influences
I have always been a fan of comedy, Red Skelton, Bill Cosby, Dom DeLuise even some more recent like John Pinnette. For magic I would say Doug Henning, Harry Blackstone Jr.
Comedy does not have to be obscene to be funny, and I believe that entertainment on a corporate level, family level, and an adult level should remain respectful. Family entertainment should be something that can be enjoyed together.
What to Expect
Typical Gig Duration: 60 - 240 minutes
Laughter is what most audience members experience. In my stage show, as in my close-up show, I use several audience members as volunteers. This allows the audience to not only watch the show, but to be fully engaged by being part of the show.
By being part of the show the audience takes away a different and enhanced entertainment experience. Volunteers are always treated with respect, as they do become the star of the show.

My stage show is self contained with with a sound sytem, and back drop.
Depending on your function close up shows can be strolling or I can provide a table where guests come to me. Some trade shows have had me in their hospitality suite perform at a table for clients.
