Aliya and her team were really nice. I really appreciated all their help. Although we only hired Events By Aliya for day of service; she really stepped in and helped me beyond expectation. The timeline Aliya provided was not only detailed to the minute, she also put cute little reminders that my husband and I found really sweet.
Aside from going above and beyond, Aliya and her staff really went out of their way to accomodate me and my guests.
I would say their overall preparedness calmed my nerves on my wedding day her extremely detaild timeline covered things I didn't even think about.
If I had to do it all over again I would have definately called Events By Aliya sooner!

EBA...What Can I Say?!
Lucky for my husband and I, our wedding day couldn't have gone ANY better (or more smoothly!!) ! Much of that is courtesy of our coordinators, Aliya and Andrea of Events By Aliya.
From day one, they were flexible, accommodating and reassuring. A bride couldn't ask for any more, seriously!! They worked with me to customize a package to fit my needs, and priced it accordingly. Planning a wedding from 3,600 miles away is no easy task!! But it was made a lot simpler having their recommendations, opinions, organization and help.
Aliya made herself available to me anytime I need her. A random call with a quick question, a barrage of emails full of contracts, setting up an appointment to meet with them while we were in Honolulu... She made time for everything and responded to me within minutes most of the time. They made top-notch recommendations to me, and yet still helped me work within a budget. Her help with keeping track of who we've paid, how much, when the final payment is due, tipping guidelines, program, time line and contracts were all priceless to someone like me.
On the day of, they took care of ALL the 'behind the scenes' stuff. Setting up, decorating, directing the florist, helping the caterers, gathering guests, getting me ready, keeping us on schedule, accepting the delivery of the cake, etc. All I had to do was enjoy being a bride!! I've heard horror stories from so many people about how they didn't get to eat any of their food, or have any cocktails because they were running around like crazy. Not us, hahaha. We ate our appetizers (a whole platter!), our dinner and of course our dessert, drank to our hearts content, danced, socialized, and really got to ENJOY our wedding day. Looking back, we are so thankful for that.
I felt they really went out of their way to make sure I felt taken care of. Much thanks and appreciation to these two ladies. I'm sure they've made many happy brides and beautiful weddings!!!

Typical Gig Duration: 120 - 240 minutes
It takes a person of many hats to successfully coordinate an event. Your special event may be the most important event of your life. Although you may be very well capable of planning such an event, you will also need someone to negotiate contracts, suggest reputable vendors, and orchestrate the timeline of the day! Hiring a event coordinator was once a luxury, but with today’s busy couples it’s now a necessity. A coordinator will not only make sure everything flows smoothly, but will also make sure you stay on track and don’t exceed your budget.
