Eric and Terry Helmick were absolutely wonderful to work with! Eric was very professional and very helpful during the planning process and worked with me to create the exact menu we wanted. The day of the event both Eric and Terry worked extremely hard to make our event perfect and to make sure that everything was taken care of. The food was wonderful and all of our guests commented on how great it was. I was also very impressed how thoroughly they cleaned up after our event, even going to the trouble of replacing the foil in the oven after using it. Overall, I was extremely pleased with the quality of service and food!!!
Eric provided great catered meals for our 2 day youth retreat. The kids and staff enjoyed everything, from breakfast, lunch, snacks to dinner. We also enjoyed the old-fashioned Soda and Ice Cream bar!

We could not have asked for a better caterer for our wedding!! Brian and I had the joy to have Eric Helmick cater our Santa Barbara wedding 12 years ago and our friends are still talking with such warmth and excitement about the delicious food and unique ambiance they experienced. Imagine France meeting with America in a beautiful old Santa Barbara Estate setting. Eric is so talented!! He created a very customized unique presentation with multiple stations arranged tastefully in an old stable courtyard. It was stunning with beautiful colors and amazing creative buffets displaying the best quality, and the freshest local ingredients skillfully prepared. It was such a wonderful and fun experience for everyone! From preparation to presentation, Eric provided unique hors d'oeuvres and very creative exceptional quality food that were not only delicious to the mouth but also to the eye! The Soda Fountain was a sweet original touch that every guest enjoyed! Eric and his staff were so polite, punctual and very professional. We would certainly hire them again and recommend them to anyone who needs catering for an event. They are hard workers and full of creativity!!!
It was a blessing to have Eric use his culinary talents to make our wedding day such a wonderful memory.

E. W. has served as a private chef in Montecito, CA., where he also ran the food services at the University of California, Santa Barbara for 8 years.
He and his wife, Terry have owned and operated catering companies throughout Colorado, and California.
