Houston Catering - Cleopatra Catering is a family owned and operated Houston based business, started in the year 2000 by Chef Mimi Dahdouh who operated out of a local commercial kitchen and had a home based office. With a rapid and steady growth record, her husband, George had to join her in growing the catering firm to what it is today: A full service off premise catering and beverage service for Houston and all the surrounding areas. As part of the growth process, they moved their growing catering company to a beautiful 6,300 sq. foot facility in Northwest Houston and called it “Cleopatra Palace Banquet Facility and Catering Company” (www.cleopatrabanquethouston.com) located at 3355 FM 1960 W. Houston, TX 77068. This elegant fully decorated Banquet Facility can hold 275 guests, has outdoor and indoor ceremony options, a huge dance floor, and a full service bar.

Chef Mimi and her team of assistant chefs boast a diversified background varying from Middle Eastern, Greek, European, and American heritages. Added to this list, they are experienced in Vegan, Creole and Oriental, Mexican and South American cuisine.
