During your free in-home consultation you and Chef Natalie will discuss your food preferences and select a menu. Chef Natalie will then shop for all the ingredients and prepare the meals in your home. You're left with a clean kitchen and freshly prepared meals!
Fast, Fresh and Healthy Meals
Natalie is a talented chef and her meals were just what my family and I needed to have fast, fresh, healthy meals daily. Her personalized approach helped ensure we had a great variety of choices, and the convenience of having her cook in our home and prepare each dish to our taste made lunch and dinner planning much easier. Her Mexican lasagna, chipotle enchiladas and Thai chicken curry with string beans and sweet potatoes were super flavorful and chock full of healthy vegetables. And the creative vegetable sides including kale and quinoa pilaf and sauteed broccoli rabe with garlic were great accompaniments. Natalie was always timely and professional, and we really enjoyed the convenience and quality of her service.

Scrumptious Gluten-free Cake by Chef Natalie
I was diagnosed with Celiac disease a few years ago and have struggled to find even halfway decent gluten-free baked goods. Birthdays came and went with "blah" gluten-free cakes or no cake at all. That is, until this past birthday! Chef Natalie made the most delicious gluten-free carrot cake for my birthday celebration. Not only were the flavors impressive, but the texture was perfect (hard to find in GF baked goods). Family and friends were equally impressed and were amazed that the delectable cake they were enjoying was actually gluten-free!
In addition to her wonderful culinary creations, Chef Natalie is a delight to work with. She is a refreshing combination of professional, knowledgeable, warm, and thoughtful. I, along with my taste buds, cannot wait to work with Chef Natalie again!
