My name is Chef Anika Miller, I'm an alumni of the Culinary Institute of America. I am a culinary professional with over 10 years of experience. I've worked in restaurants for the past eight years and made the decision to start Eats by Joei in September 2023. I specialize in BBQ and smoked cuisine but I am also well versed in many other cuisines. I pride myself on providing high quality food that's sure to wow your guests!
