Expect an educated classy demeanor paired with irreverent humor. I'm quick whited and carry a wealth of knowledge on food and beverages. I've spent thousands of hours in wine, liquor, and food training classrooms and taught more than my fair share classrooms as well.

Over 20 years in the industry has gifted me with so many varying types of experiences that nothing is new or surprising. My resume boasts the most expensive restaurants in all of Texas. I've worked political event, weddings, parties, concerts, and even memorials. I'm constantly looking to further master my craft so I am constantly learning and participating in the latest trends.

Having working at the highest levels of corporate fine dining restaurants I've learned customer service and professionalism at a level seldom paralleled. I am the Vibe that creates unforgettable experiences.

I started bartending in a nightclub in 2001. Over the years I ascended the ranks of fine dining restaurants to eventually working in the most expensive restaurant in Texas before moving on to start my own entrepreneurial adventures. High level customer service and the wiliness to accommodate or adjust to whatever circumstances that may arise to the best of my ability is part of my core.

Over the years there is little I have not experienced in the service industry. I worked passion parties, wedding, retirements, 7 coarse wine dinners and more. I've worked plated seated dinners for over 1000 people with budgets in excess of $200K.

Years of working for world renowned chefs in the most highly rated restaurants in the greater Houston Area has given me direct access to chefs who have trained under said chefs and they are eager to cater your event. I also have on-call access with as little as 24 hours notice to 200+ highly trained bartenders, server, cooks, etc.

Large or small events, I'm happy to take care of you. weather it's hiring a single bartender for you house party or you need to staff a concert, I am you resource. Fun, professionalism, and customer service are my goal.

As for motivational Speaking, it's an odd talent that I developed while working as a group facilitator delivering 3-4 groups a day for groups ranging from 30-300+ people in attendance.
