For on-site cooking and chef station experiences, we typically require:
• Access to a standard kitchen or prep area when available
• Access to electricity and running water
• Adequate table/setup space
• Loading/unloading access close to the venue
• Trash disposal access
If a venue does not have a functional kitchen, we can often create temporary prep and service setups depending on the event needs and logistics.
For larger events, weddings, or activations, additional setup time may be required. Most full-service events require arrival 3–5 hours prior to guest arrival for setup, prep, and staging.
We can provide:
