Hi, I'm Dr. Clay Lowder. I am a motivational speaker and author of Winners Travel: A Doctor's Guide to Mental, Physical, and Spiritual Health. I am also the founder of the Winners Travel Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that serves heroes who serve us, mainly caretakers of children with special needs and veterans. I speak to different audiences about how they can adopt a winning mindset and lifestyle, health tips, and often nominate one or more of these deserving heroes to go on a life changing trips.
