VR with your Mom provides high-end Virtual Reality in the comfort of your home or at special events
Services include:
1) Consultation via email or phone - this will allow our station agents to cater specifically to your group's interests (we have VR content for all age ranges) as well as discussing event details.
2) An hour before the event, one of our station agents (or more depending on group size) will arrive to quickly and efficiently set everything up in the designated space (indoors only please)
Provided:
-HTC Vive Virtual Reality headset
-Powerful gaming PC to run games
- Velvet ropes to section off VR area for the safety of your guests
-Poster Menu with still images and game descriptions to help your guests choose an adventure
-TV monitor to allow other guests to see what is currently being played and gather a crowd
-Disposable face mask covers for each guest to switch after use
-Extension Cords
3) One of our knowledgeable station agents will be there throughout the event to make sure everyone is having fun and staying safe (they'll catch you if you fall). Our agents will be happy to snap a picture or video for you while you fly through space or fire glitter cannons at kitties!
4) When the event is over, we'll quickly and quietly remove the equipment and get out of your hair. No business will be handled during the event so that you and your guests can enjoy the festivities. When everything is packed away, we'll leave you with some future candy as a thank you!
VR with your Mom is comprised of Virtual Reality enthusiasts who wanted to share their energy and passion by bringing the virtual party to your special event. If you've only tried VR in a smartphone strapped to your head, it's time to find out what you've been missing- your guests will thank you!
In order to provide the best possible VR experience- make sure your designated space meets the following:
*Minimum space requirement: 2 sq meters (max 5 sq meters) - area will be roped off to protect others
*Room must have at least two power outlets- we will provide extension cords and power strips
*All mirrors in the room must be covered or removed (can cause interference with VR sensors)
*Rooms with higher ceilings are ideal but any room will work! (just might skip the VR football)
Other than that- we bring everything else you'll need to blast off!
