The Pilots are a group of experienced musicians that do a broad range of tunes that you know and love (and will keep you dancing!) from the 1950’s through the 1990’s (we even sneak one or two in there from the 2000's)… We specialize in R&B and classic rock. We love to play and we'll keep the party going. You can also count on us to be professional, on time and courteous. If the venue needs a sound system and lighting, we can provide that as well.

What to Expect
The Pilots know that we are hired to facilitate a good time. We have a lot of fun, but we take our job seriously. We will do everything we possibly can to make sure your event is a success. We've been together since 2009 and each of us have been playing music since we were very young.
- If The Pilots are providing the sound system, and it is a large to medium size venue, you can expect us to arrive 3 - 4 hours before the event in order to get all gear unloaded, placed, connected, tested and do a song or two as a sound check. Smaller venues will take less time.
If the audio system is provided, we will arrive at least 2 hours before the event in order to set up, connect, test the equipment and run a sound check.
- We will begin playing at the exact time we are scheduled to start, barring unavoidable technical problems. For a three hour show, we take one 10 minute break. For a two hour show or less, we do not take a break.
- If we have set up the sound system, we will load out all gear after we have finished playing as quickly as possible.
- We will be happy to work with you on our set list. If you have a specific song or two you would like for us to play, or a certain time of the evening you would like for a song to be played, we will gladly accommodate.
The Pilots have been playing together since 2009. Before the Pilots, each member had played in multiple bands, the "elder" members have been playing music for 40+ years. Our singers, Tracey and Rodney, are the younger members, but each have 15+ years of experience singing and playing to live audiences. The best thing about The Pilots is that they all LOVE to play. They also know from their many years of combined experience, that audiences want to have a good time. We pride ourselves in facilitating that.
Additional Booking Notes
We are glad to provide our own professional sound system and lighting. We also provide a professional audio technician to make sure that what you hear sounds great.
We will need adequate power for our gear. We normally have a PA system that includes powered speakers and sub-woofers, mixing board, three guitar amplifiers, keyboard amplifier, two electric keyboards and stage lighting.
If sound system is to be provided there are certain requirements, depending on the venue, for us to sound our best. We will be glad to give you specific information once we have venue information.
If the venue is outdoors without electricity, a generator with adequate power will need to be provided.
