Coach Mary Ann Anderson, PCC, affectionately known as "The Motivity Coach," is an author, speaker, transformational coach, and higher education professional who believes one conversation can change the direction of a life.

For more than two decades, she has helped individuals, students, leaders, and organizations overcome obstacles, strengthen resilience, improve communication, and move confidently toward their goals. As a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation and a leader in higher education, Coach Mary Ann has dedicated her career to empowering others through coaching, leadership development, and student success.

She currently serves as a college success coach and program leader, supporting students as they navigate academic, personal, and life challenges while preparing for meaningful futures. Her passion for helping people discover their potential extends beyond the college campus to organizations, nonprofits, churches, leadership conferences, and community events.

Coach Mary Ann is also the author of Talking Ourselves to Death: How Words Affect the Quality of Our Lives, a book inspired by her belief that our words shape our thoughts, our choices, and ultimately our lives. Presentation length can be customized from 30-minute keynotes to full-day workshops and multi-session training programs.

For the best audience experience, Coach Mary Ann requests:

Wireless handheld or lavalier microphone for audiences of over 40 people.
Projector, screen, and HDMI connection when presentation slides are used.
Small table for presentation materials and books (if applicable).
Podium optional.
Drinking water.
Ability to move freely throughout the presentation area whenever possible.
