About
This inspiring and real talk comes from my 25 years in
a Leadership position within the Staffing Industry. As
a former CXO I have developed a CARE framework/
methodology to help leaders use their Authentic and
Relatable selves to get the most not only out of themselves
but out of the people they serve! Comical at times, yet
vulnerable and real. The audience leaves my talks with
a clearer understanding of themselves, a call to action to
becoming the best versions of themselves daily.
