Hey friends, we’re The Malefactors. We’re a modern blues rock band that combines the best of blues and classic rock with tinges of alternative, pop rock, and country. Lead singer Josh Freda and lead guitarist Devin Cortese started the band in January 2025. Now a five-member ensemble, we perform original and cover songs, including powerful anthems like Whole Lotta Love, soulful classics like I’d Rather Go Blind, soft rock standbys like Sunday Morning, and countrified crowd favorites like Does My Ass Look Good in These Pants? Our shows are like catching up with old friends. Traffic might make it a pain in the ass to get there, but afterwards, you’re so glad you saw them.
