The Hollerbodies are an acoustic quartet, based in Portland, OR, comprised of Zach Banks (Cello and mandolin), Jon Meek (5-string banjo, resonator guitar, and mandolin), Ben Ticknor (upright bass), and Patrick Connell (Guitar). The band plays and sings a diverse repertoire of originals, standards, and covers. Bringing together years of experience in bluegrass bands and orchestras, The Hollerbodies combine aspects of traditional bluegrass and fiddle music with jazz, classical, and other stylistic influences.
