We hired Apollo Trio for a pre-wedding cocktail party and they set the vibe for 130+ people for a charming night of toasts, dining and dancing! Our guests loved this group and took full advantage of their time on the dance floor ❤️. These musicians are super talented and with the added bonus of James’ vocals, made the entire night for us. Hire them!

We had a corporate event and they were patient and professional as speeches went long or the agenda shifted. The were early for set up and super quiet for when breaking down their gear as the event continued post-set. The music was perfect for the setting and just an incredible group of talented and professional musicians.

Though 3 core members at its base, for larger events The Apollo Trio expands with full key and horn sections to bring big sounds to big events.
Quotes cover sound and technical needs provided by band for audiences up to 150 unless otherwise arranged.
Power must be available at stage.
Minimum space requirements 12'x12'.
Performance space must be dry, flat and level.
Quotes include up to 90 minutes load/check time.
Parking costs must be validated or will be billed back to client.
