March 8, 2023The group was amazing to work with! They did a preview concert for the local school in the afternoon which was well received. For our opening concert of the season, it was very well attended and the energy from the patrons was wonderful. Everyone loved it and asked me to bring them back! The group was very professional to work with and played such a variety of music.

We provide a diverse, original setlist steeped in the folk traditions of Ireland, Scotland, and the United States, while remaining distinctly our own. All members of the band are classically trained, and that background shines through in the orchestral nature of the instrumentation and composition of our songs. We love to connect with the audience and often tell humorous stories about ourselves and the band between songs. Our music ranges from fast, fiery reels to downtempo songs with three-part harmony. Our music has been described as both moody and epic, and we've been told by audience members on more than one occasion that it was the best show they had ever been to.
Our instrumentation will include some combination of our two fiddles, mandolin, octave mandolin, stomp box, upright bass, flute, guitar, cajon, piano, cello, viola and voices, shared between the 6 members of the band.

In most cases, we prefer to play where the sound and lighting is provided by the venue or event. We do have a small sound system that we can travel with when needed, but do not have our own lighting rig.
