After 15 years in the Telecom industry she realized the missing element, beyond the reliability of products, was the user’s emotional experience and response. Capitalizing on her ability to put customers as ease and learn what they desired past company profits, Tiffany set about researching and creating the ideal user experience. As a business executive tuned into the needs of her customers, Tiffany honed her skills that revolved around the “total” experience. With over 15 years of marketing, product management, content development, performance, customer service and public speaking it was time to branch out and began her journey as the face of Velvet Rope Experience. The company was created in 2011 and quickly grew into a thriving small business. Tiffany’s unique combination of experience, skill set, drive, determination and knowing how to assist customers in gaining the most from their experience has made her a much sought after commodity.
