Overview
The Charlie Show is acoustic versions of classic rock favorites along with a wide variety of songs from other genres such as country, big band, and other stuff that is just plain fun. I am capable of holding everyone's attention with music and fun or blending into the background to provide ambiance. It's all up to you.

What to expect
I play to the crowd. I have a wide variety of songs I can perform and I let the audience reaction dictate what direction I take each show.
I also understand the difference in entertaining the crowd and simply providing background music and I am happy to do what's needed for the event. I am also capable of providing both services.
About
I have been playing professionally for over 35 years. I have performed in rock band and country bands. Now I am really enjoying doing acoustic shows.

Influences and inspiration
I have been influenced by a very wide variety of acts. That comes out in a show where I may do Billy Joel, followed by Merle Haggard, Frank Sinatra, and then David Bowie. The fun part about acoustic shows is how you can do that and have it work.
Setup requirements
All I need is an electrical outlet to plug into. I provide all the necessary sound equipment for the show.
