I love to laugh, have fun (when appropriate), engage my audience, and help them to feel comfortable. My audience can expect to leave with a sense of knowing that it is never to late to begin their wellness journey and at least (1) quick win :-)

Nurse Coach Jean is also a wife, mom, and grandmother. When she is not helping others to excel in their individual wellness journey, she enjoys traveling, reading, exercising, and spending time with family and dear friends.
