Original acoustic music along with some unique cover songs across multiple musical styles. In addition to my acoustic guitar, also play mandolin, harmonica, bass and banjo.
I am the background for your occasion and can surface or retreat as the mood dictates. The sound is laid back and tailor made for whatever you have in mind. If you need just me - no problem. Should you need an entire rock band - I have that as well.

You can expect me to read the room and the moment to try and blend into the occasion as needed. I understand that I am not the main attraction and certainly will not presume as much.
I am an independent musician who does not play the normal cover songs or human karaoke. You may hear a great bit of my own material sprinkled among some classic songs that normally do not get played out much.
I grew up in Fort Mill, SC and attended Clemson University. It was while I was in college that I started the band The Barkers - A Neil Young acoustic cover band.
From there I branched out into other bands ranging from bluegrass to Jazz and R&B. I began producing albums in Atlanta in the 90's and have worked with several genres.
Today my sound and my music still embodies the best of all my influences which run across Rock, Americana, Folk, Country, Jazz, R&B, World - and stuff not yet named...
As a solo act you may also see me bring along a few friends to assist on vocals and support. I play a great deal of my own music that you may find on iTunes and Spotify - for example.
I use a pre-amp in certain cases depending upon room size. I also tend to record the session.
My main influences stem from some of the greatest songwriters of our time - John Lennon, Neil Young, David Bowie, Stevie Wonder, among many many more old and new.
I have at least a hundred songs of my own some of which are on iTunes and other sites. My style is from a laid back space where Southern Rock decided to hang out with Jazz, R&B, and Country.
I use a sound board, two speakers, one monitor, a mike stand, and two amps.
I just need access to power
