SONYA VAI is a comedian, actress & writer who can be seen performing not just in the states but internationally. She recently filmed “Stories from the Stage” which will air on PBS this fall. Upon finishing the first run of her show at the prestigious Edinburgh Comedy Festival, she set out on a 50 show European comedy tour hitting London, Paris & Barcelona. She's been featured in the New York Times & The Hollywood Reporter. Her most recent television pilot was accepted into the Austin Film Festival where it received rave reviews. Sonya has opened for critically acclaimed comedians such as Janeane Garafalo and Judah Friedlander. She performs regularly at comedy clubs throughout in NYC.
