Seldon

Seldon the Band is an RnB, Jazz, Pop group formed at the Eastman school of music in Rochester, New York! We split our time performing in Rochester and in the San Francisco Bay Area where many of us are from! We are an 8 piece that features a vocalist, a small horn section, and a rhythm section. All of our musicians have extensive backgrounds as jazz or classical musicians, and in Seldon, we play everything from jazz standards to modern pop tunes. We pride ourselves in being extremely versatile musicians, and enjoy combining our traditional music backgrounds with more modern genres like pop and rnb. We have experience performing at weddings, private events, and music venues.
