December 21, 2025The best Santa!
We had Santa Tom surprise visit during our church small group Christmas party and he is incredible! He did not skip on any details big and small to make the experience so magical for everyone including smelling like peppermint. Our group made a special core memory with our kids because of Santa Tom and we will be having him visit us again next Christmas for sure!

December 30, 2024Santa Tom was absolutely wonderful. ob!
The STARS won’t work, but I would definitely give Santa Tom a 5 star rating. We had four kids (4-14) and 7 adults that enjoyed the magic he provided. He was very personable, trustworthy and seemed to love what he does. We had a very enjoyable evening.

December 10, 2024A truly memorable time w/ Santa
We had Santa Tom come to our office holiday party and people absolutely loved him! He played his part well and stuck to his character. He was jolly and all that you'd want in a Santa. Everyone loved him so much that they asked for his information at the end of the event and my company even said we will be hiring him for next year's event.

Additional booking notes
Chair and Setting: Santa Tom requires a sturdy, large armchair (preferably in a festive red, green, or holiday-themed upholstery) placed in a well-decorated area. The setting should ideally include festive decorations like a Christmas tree, a fireplace backdrop, or a pile of faux presents to enhance the holiday atmosphere.
Accessibility: Ensure the stage or area where Santa will be seated is accessible for all guests, including those with mobility issues. The path to Santa should be clear and safe for children to approach.
Lighting: Soft, Warm Lighting: To create a magical and inviting atmosphere, soft and warm lighting is preferred. Spotlights can be used to highlight Santa and his chair, making the area the focal point of your event.
Photo Lighting: If photo opportunities are a key part of the event, additional photography lighting may be needed to ensure that all pictures come out bright and cheerful.
Sound:
Microphone and Speaker System: If the event is large, Santa may need a microphone, especially if he will be speaking to larger groups, telling stories, or leading songs. Ensure there is a speaker system that can carry sound throughout the venue.
Background Music: Soft holiday music or instrumental Christmas carols playing in the background can enhance the festive spirit. Ensure the music is not too loud to overpower Santa’s interactions but loud enough to fill the spaces between.
Performance Space: Size: The performance area should be spacious enough to accommodate a queue of children and families waiting to meet Santa without feeling cramped.
Seating for Guests: If Santa’s visit includes storytelling or performance elements, provide seating arrangements for guests focusing on the stage or designated Santa area.
Safety and Security:
Barriers: For larger events, consider using decorative barriers to help manage the line and keep the area around Santa clear.
Sanitation: Provide hand sanitizers at the entrance to the Santa area and ensure regular cleaning if multiple children will be interacting with Santa and the surroundings.
Additional Considerations:
Time for Breaks: Remember that Santa needs occasional breaks, especially during longer appearances, to maintain his energy and enthusiasm. Schedule these ahead of time to ensure smooth transitions.
Weather Considerations: If the event is outdoors, make provisions for inclement weather (like a covered area or indoor backup location) to protect Santa, the guests, and the festive decorations from the elements.
Room temperature: To ensure the comfort and authenticity of Santa's appearance at your event, we kindly request maintaining a cooler room temperature in the area where Santa will be seated. Santa's traditional suit is crafted from rich wool, cashmere, silk and plush fabrics, designed to emulate the wintry, North Pole environment. This iconic attire, while perfect for embodying the spirit of Christmas, is quite warm.
Keeping the temperature on the cooler side not only helps Santa stay comfortable during his interactions with guests but also maintains the jolly, energetic persona that is essential for a magical Santa experience. A slightly cooler environment will ensure that Santa can focus entirely on spreading holiday cheer without the discomfort that comes from a warmer setting.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adjusting the thermostat to accommodate this aspect of the event. Ensuring Santa’s comfort is key to providing an enchanting experience for everyone involved. Thank you for helping us create a delightful and memorable holiday celebration.

Influences and inspiration
Historical Influences:
Saint Nicholas: The original inspiration, Saint Nicholas of Myra, known for his generous gifts to the poor, profoundly impacts our Santa’s ethos. Emulating his kindness and generosity, our Santa strives to bring not just gifts, but also hope and joy to every event.
Thomas Nast & Coca-Cola Santas: The visual depiction of Santa Claus owes much to the 19th-century illustrations by Thomas Nast and the iconic 20th-century Coca-Cola advertising campaigns. These images have influenced the classic Santa look that our Santa embodies—from the jolly red suit to the twinkling eyes and white beard.
Literary Influences:
Clement Clarke Moore's "A Visit from St. Nicholas": Also known as "The Night Before Christmas," this poem has shaped much of the modern Santa Claus mythology, including the names of his reindeer. It influences our Santa’s storytelling, often reciting parts to delight children and adults alike.
Charles Dickens' "A Christmas Carol": Dickens’ themes of redemption, the spirit of Christmas, and generosity continue to inspire our Santa's interactions, reminding us all of the deeper meanings of the season.
Cinematic and Media Influences:
Movie Santas (e.g., "Miracle on 34th Street," "The Santa Clause"): These films portray Santa as not only magical but also accessible and loving, traits that our Santa emulates in every appearance. The portrayal of Santa in these movies helps shape the engaging, warm, and charismatic nature of our performances.
Television Specials and Cartoons: Animated classics like "Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer" and "Frosty the Snowman" offer a whimsical take on Santa’s world, influencing the playful and enchanting elements of our Santa’s demeanor.
Performance Influences:
Professional Santa Communities and Conventions: Engaging with a network of fellow Santas through conventions and forums provides continuous inspiration and fresh ideas on how to bring joy and magic to every appearance.
Feedback from Previous Events: Responses and experiences from past events shape our Santa's approach, ensuring that each performance is sensitive to the audience's needs and expectations, making each experience unique and personal.
