From cozy family gatherings to large organizational celebrations ā both profit and non-profit ā I will transform the bah humbug of modern life to memories of merriment with a hearty āHo ho ho!ā and a whole lot of heart. As a retired pastor, Iām honored to share the true reason for the season with those who desire it, reminding us all of the Light that shines brightest this time of year. And as a professionally trained chaplain, Iām here to offer comfort, encouragement, and a warm embrace of understanding wherever itās needed. šāØ

What to expect
Santa Claus is my alter ego, a chance to be a larger-than-life character for a time and enjoy being with people in ways I don't usually have in my day-to-day world. I want to provide you and your guests with the Santa experience that you want for Christmas. I match my programming and wardrobe with the needs of each individual client. You can expect that I, or my assistant, will take the time to learn how best we can serve you and your guests, whether you are a family of three or a corporate event of 3,000. Again, I do my best to meet the needs of both secular and traditional Christian events.
About
Originally from the central Midwest, Iāve proudly called Texas home for over a decade. My professional journey began in engineering, where I spent 22 years before answering a deeper calling to ministryādriven by a passion for connecting with people in meaningful ways.
Upon retirement from ministry, it seemed like the natural thing was to grow out my beard. Suddenly, friends and strangers stopped me wanting a picture with me, saying I looked like Santa Claus. I started researching and discovered the Santa Claus performers community. It sounded like great fun and a way to continue caring for and connecting with people.
Today, I serve as Pastor Santa, blending the joy of the season with heartfelt connection. While most of my appearances are secular, I also offer faith-based moments for those who wish to celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ.
Since beginning my Santa journey in 2019, Iāve trained extensively with seasoned performersāincluding Santas from the Macyās Thanksgiving Day Parade and beloved holiday films. Highlights include the 2022 IBRBS International Santa Celebration in Atlanta and the 2024 School of Santas in Branson, MO. Ongoing education ensures I bring warmth, authenticity, and excellence to every event I perform for.
Christmas is my favorite time of year, a time of great joy. I hope I have an opportunity to share that joy at your event.

Setup requirements
A couch or bench works best for photo events with families
A small fan is appreciated for photo events.
Shelter must be provided for all outdoor events
Patents or guardians must place young children and babies on Santa's lap or in his arms.
A "green room" and access to a private bathroom are appreciated.
For large events, please provide and block off a parking space near an entrance where Santa can enter the event without having to walk through crowds. For home visits and smaller parties please provide and block off a parking space near the home or venue.
