November 29, 2023I had the pleasure of working with Ruby as the keynote speaker for my organization's, Central Pines Regional Council, annual summit that brings together local government staff and leadership/elected officials for a day of learning, connection, and networking. The event focused on Mental Health in Local Government Organizations, with Ruby leading a morning-long "workshop" style keynote discussing ways to improve mental health as leaders and within organizations. Our team continues to bring ideas and approaches provided by Ruby to the table in our work, and we ALWAYS have pipe cleaners at facilitated discussions to provide a creative outlet for attendees (Ruby's approach).
