With a career spanning nearly two decades, DJ Outlet has built a reputation as the DJ behind some of the biggest weekends in entertainment — from BET Weekend and NBA All-Star Weekend to Grammy Weekend and more. Known for bringing that same award-weekend energy to every event, DJ Outlet turns ordinary parties into experiences that feel larger than life.
Starting his career producing radio commercials and voiceovers for major stations across the U.S., DJ Outlet developed a signature “radio voice” and a precise sense of how to capture an audience’s attention. That experience behind the mic evolved naturally into commanding live crowds, where his seamless blends and ability to read any room have made him a go-to for high-profile events, brand activations, and private celebrations.
In addition to his live sets, DJ Outlet is the voice behind 2HotRadio – The Party App, a platform dedicated to promoting independent artists and connecting them with real industry exposure. DJ Outlet provides a professional-grade setup designed to fit the needs of your venue or event. Flexibility is key — I can provide a complete sound and lighting setup for smaller events, or integrate seamlessly with in-house systems for larger venues, corporate functions, and festivals.

Professional DJ controller and mixer (compatible with house systems)
Laptop with performance software and curated event playlists
Powered speakers (E-V Everse 8s or equivalent)
Wireless microphone for announcements or hosting
Basic event lighting (available upon request)
Cables, adapters, and all connection accessories
Client or Venue Requirements:
One standard 6’ or larger table or DJ booth area
One reliable power source within 10 feet of the setup area
Access to venue sound system (if using house speakers)
Covered or shaded area if outdoors (to protect equipment)
Parking/loading access for setup and teardown
Optional Add-ons:

Extended sets beyond agreed performance time

My biggest influences come from DJs and entertainers who understood that music isn’t just sound — it’s energy and storytelling. I draw inspiration from legendary DJs like Kid Capri, DJ Jazzy Jeff, and Funkmaster Flex for their crowd control and showmanship, and from modern innovators like Calvin Harris, DJ Drama, and DJ Khaled for how they blend music, marketing, and culture into full-scale experiences.
I’m also heavily inspired by the radio icons who made voices feel larger than life — the kind of personalities who could move an entire city through sound. That balance between broadcasting professionalism and live-event energy shaped my style today.
Ultimately, my goal is to channel all those influences — the stage presence of hip-hop’s greats, the precision of radio legends, and the lifestyle reach of today’s global DJs — into every event I play.
