Tiffiney Hall is a nationally recognized speaker, survivor advocate, author, trauma-informed coach, and transformational leader who turns pain into purpose and lived experience into powerful action.

A survivor of intimate partner violence, Tiffiney has spent more than two decades transforming her survival story into a message of healing, empowerment, prevention, and hope. Her story is not simply about what happened to her. It is about what she chose to do with what happened to her.

Through vulnerability, authenticity, humor, education, and powerful storytelling, Tiffiney challenges audiences to confront the narratives that have kept them stuck, reclaim their voices, and recognize that their past may explain them, but it does not have to define them.

Tiffiney is the Founder and CEO of PosiTiff, Founder and President of A PosiTiff Place, a certified trauma-informed coach, certified birth and postpartum doula, Licensed Practical Nurse, author, and passionate advocate for survivors, women, families, and communities.

Her leadership and advocacy have earned her recognition as a Global Social Justice Ambassador by the U.S. Department of Justice Office for Victims of Crime. She has been named a Remarkable Woman Winner by Nextstar Media. She currently serves in several state level leadership positions focused on domestic violence intervention and prevention, survivor support, and community change.

Tiffiney’s work is rooted in a powerful belief: early intervention is prevention. Whether she is speaking about trauma, domestic violence, leadership, healing, maternal health, resilience, or personal transformation, she helps audiences recognize that support, awareness, and action can change the trajectory of an individual, a family, and an entire community.

She is especially known for her signature message of leading from a healed space encouraging people to stop allowing their wounds to lead their decisions, relationships, leadership, and future.
