I spent over 25 years in the financial services industry, doing everything from taking inbound sales calls, to technical support, to project management, to learning & development. I have served as an individual contributor, as well as leading both domestic and international teams. While this may seem like an odd combination of roles, there is a common thread. I specialize in uncovering the hidden drivers behind the stated need to ensure that whatever resolution is brought to the table has the best chance of achieving the desired outcome. I work to fully understand each person and situation so we can come up with a clear, concise, and easily communicated path to move forward.
