Hello! We are an acoustic, musical duo covering a range from jazz to folk to modern pop and R&B. Julian and Ali have been professional musicians for over a decade and are passionate about performing and providing the perfect atmosphere for your event. We have an expansive repertoire and are happy to include customs requests. We bring our own equipment and can work with any set up. We look forward to working with you!

We hired Alison to play a mellow acoustic set in our backyard for our anniversary for a group of about 20 of our closest friends and it was wonderful. She set the mood perfectly with her incredible voice and gentle guitar work. It was such a fun experience and we would definitely have her perform for us again.

Ali and Julian performed at our wedding ceremony a couple months, and everyone there agreed that Ali and Julian were the heart of the ceremony. Ali’s beautiful voice and Julian’s expert guitar-playing added so much emotional resonance. Our wedding would’ve been so much flatter without them. We loved them so much that we actually tried to hire them for another event but they were unfortunately already booked on that date. Couldn’t recommend them enough!!

What to expect
Ali performs typically in a duo with a keyboardist and/or guitarist depending on the client's request. We can also customize our set list based on the client's needs. Our sound equipment is of great quality and is simple, so that it's easy to transport with us for each event.

Ali, Ms. Songbird, is originally from Chicago, and has been a professional singer/musician for over a decade. She loves to perform a wide range of genres and most of all, to bring joy to those around them through music. She's performed for weddings, corporate events, birthday parties and more.
Additional booking notes
Our requirements include sufficient shelter and heating if necessary if we are performing outside, available outlet sources to plug into for our equipment, and an overview in advance of any requests from the client.
